Our Purpose is to preach the Gospel of free and full forgiveness of sins in Christ Jesus, our Lord, in the city of Princeton.
Christ Lutheran Church is absolutely committed to the
Holy Scriptures as the inspired and inerrant Word of God; the
Lutheran Confessions, as contained in the
Book of Concord, as the correct interpretation and exposition of that Word; and the
Historic Lutheran Liturgy
(Page 15 in The Lutheran Hymnal–TLH),
LutheranLiturgical Rites
(The Lutheran Agenda, Concordia Publishing House, St. Louis, Missouri), and
Lutheran Hymnody
as the most effective means of proclaiming that Word (Most of our hymns are sung from the Evangelical Lutheran Hymnary–ELH).
Worship is at 9:00 AM on Sunday mornings, with Bible Class following, at the Old Princeton Depot, 101 S. 10th Ave.
Our Prayer is that our efforts will be to the glory of God and to benefit of His church.
